From the moment you walk into Palm Beach Orthodontics, you can tell this practice truly understands how to care for families and kids — especially middle school boys! My 12-year-old had an appointment with Katie, and she was absolutely wonderful. Like many boys his age, he needs reminders about brushing and flossing, but Katie handled the conversation with such grace, kindness, and privacy that neither of us felt embarrassed or judged. She simply shared the facts in a caring and professional way. What impressed me most was how quickly my son felt comfortable with her. Within minutes, he was joking around, trying to make her laugh, and fully being himself. Katie and the rest of the staff were so warm and patient with him, even cheering him on about being in his school play! After nearly an hour in the chair — which is not exactly a fun experience for most kids — my son walked out and said, “That was actually a really nice visit.” That says everything. Kudos to Dr. Angela for building such an incredible team. Every single person, from the front desk to the finance office, is kind, welcoming, and professional. We currently have one child in treatment there, with two more headed their way, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
