Rachel is our office manager and financial coordinator, and has been been an integral part of Dr. Angela’s team since 2005. With over two decades of experience in both general dentistry and orthodontic fields, including specializing in insurance Rachel’s expertise and enthusiasm have made her a beloved fixture at PBO. Her warm smile and upbeat personality and energy is contagious, making her a joy to work with and a valued asset to the team! “When I’m not ensuring the office runs smoothly, you can find me soaking up the sun at the beach or my pool, whipping up a storm in the kitchen with my kids, or cherishing quality time with my family.” Rachel is a mother of three beautiful children and is the fun aunt to her nieces and nephews!
Genna is our patient care specialist and a certified dental assistant with a passion for delivering top-notch care and a drive to continually grow and learn in the dental industry. “I’m always up for a new adventure, whether that means exploring local hidden gems or traveling to new destinations. Born and raised in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida my roots have given me a strong sense of community and I’m proud to serve my hometown with compassion, integrity, and a warm smile. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Palm Beach Orthodontics, and I look forward to making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.” When out of the office you can find Genna pumping iron at the gym or trying out new recipes and flavors in the kitchen. What brings her the most joy is spending quality time with loved ones soaking up the sun at the beach. She is known for taking the microphone during an open mic night, Genna can sing!
Natalie has dedicated over two decades to the art of orthodontics as a certified orthodontic assistant! She has consistently excelled since the day she “blessed us with her presence” here at Palm Beach Orthodontics! Natalie is a key influencer on our team, and makes the office a better place with her positivity and always cheerful personality. Every day she is full of joy, it’s truly admirable! “This is the first time I have felt excited to come to work! The team at PBO is second to none. The dance parties, great music, fun-loving atmosphere of this wonderful place is directly related to Dr. Angela and her clear and apparent love for life. I am a huge Disney fanatic, so I know what great customer service looks like!” Natalie has a son who she absolutely adores, and she enjoys being creative, traveling, and photography.
John is one of our amazing certified clinical assistants and the TikTok king! Amongst his many talents that he brings to our tribe, he is our “go to” guy for, well, basically everything. He is also a stellar photographer, videographer, and editor, and ruler of our office music! “I’m very excited about working with such an energetic and loving team while I expand my knowledge as an orthodontic assistant.” John resides in Royal Palm Beach and is extremely close with his extended and immediate family, he is extremely creative and enjoys drawing.
Katie has been perfecting her orthodontic career and lab skills for over 15 years. She excels in organization as our clear aligner specialist, as well as providing A+ care to our orthodontic family. “I knew at a young age that I wanted to work in the orthodontic field, my favorite quote is ‘never stop smiling because you never know who is in love with your smile!’ Dr. Angela and the PBO team have revitalized my love and passion for this industry.” Katie is a native Floridian and a “boy mom,” family is always #1! Between her laugh, funny sayings, and her love to fish and do anything outdoors, she’s the perfect definition of southern girl charm.
Candi is one of our talented orthodontic assistants; she is funny, always laughing, caring, gentle, and her smile lights up any room she walks in! She also may or may not be TikTok famous, look it up! 😉 “Hey there! I’m Candice, but you can call me Candi! I’m a mother of three boys and one girl, and originally from Chicago, Illinois, but I was raised in sunny Boynton Beach, Florida. For the past 18 years, I’ve been working in orthodontics and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Some of my passions include music, cars, and being creative.” In her spare time, she loves to express creativity through cookie and cake pop artistry. She’s also a huge animal lover, and proud owner of three lovely parrots!
Snappy is our office mascot specializing in making patients laugh, tripping over her own feet, and is known around town to “bust a move!” “I was born and raised in the ocean off of Palm Beach and in my spare time I love to square dance and play with friends.” Snappy also likes to visit with her turtle cousins in Dr. Angela’s native country, Nicaragua.
