Mobile Messaging Service (SMS)
Palm Beach Orthodontics operates a mobile messaging program that sends SMS text messages to patients who have opted in. By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to the following:
- Program Description: We send text messages regarding appointment reminders, treatment plan updates, billing notifications, and care instructions relevant to your orthodontic treatment.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and treatment status.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out and Support
- To Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
